Marta Dymek, has written many vegan cookbooks and hosts workshops showing traditional Polish cuisine as well as world cuisine.
Since 2015 I have been running my culinary program Green Revolution by Marta Dymek ,which is broadcast on Kuchni +. I am quite proud of it because it is the first vegan travel program shown on television around the world. The program can be viewed here .
And since 2019, I have a great honor to be the ambassador of the RoślinnieJemy campaign , which is part of the most magnificent Open Cages Association. I
Eryk - a dietitian by education, and a passion for cooking, a fully vegetable chef. By sharing his positive message, he shows that the plant-based diet can be balanced, tasty and full of surprises, even from a guy's point of view! He loves potatoes and onions, chocolate cake with zakalczkiem and trauma from kindergarten, hates munching raw carrots.
You can find out more about him here.

My name is Ewa Sámek and in 2017, with the birth of my first daughter, I started searching for natural cosmetics, safe toys and ethical clothes. Browsing through online stores (because it's the easiest way with a small child), I had the impression that I always had to make some compromise - whether it was a package in foil, or products in plastic packaging or of unknown origin. So I wanted to create a place where "with eyes closed" you can choose from many products, where everyone is ethical, i.e. harmless to people, animals and the planet. I dreamed of a place that would support local manufactures, shipments would not contain a gram of plastic (and you wouldn't have to ask for it or agree to special regulations), and each order would make our world a little better.
In 2018, Panda Wanda started its operations. At that time, we had products from 36 small producers, donated 5% of our revenue to various environmental and animal protection organizations, and included plant seeds with every order. From month to month we added new products to the offer, listened to your comments, advice and questions and sent more packages with orders.
The Open Cages Association is a nationwide organization that brings together people who want to change the fate of farm animals.
We believe that changing the situation of animals is possible. We strive for better protection of animals locked on farms, as well as for the right of consumers to full knowledge about their living conditions.
Currently, OTOZ Animals runs 10 shelters for homeless animals, including a farm animal shelter "Rogate Ranch". We look after over 2,000 abandoned dogs and cats as well as farm animals: horses, ponies, cows, calves, pigs, goats, rabbits, and a donkey. They were all taken away from people who treated them badly - they beat, starved, sometimes even tortured.
The Foundation’s mission is to change and build the world in respect for the people, animals and climate. Contemporary agriculture has ceased to be the one that we used to know. It has become an industry, which does affect the quality of life and health of the people, contributes to climatic changes and objectification of animals. What happens is concentration of food production, the scale industrial agriculture is growing and the number of small, family farms is declining.
Care about health and high product quality has been replaced by the profit and loss account, and the fight for as low production costs as possible. Industrial agriculture changes the climate, makes people lose the right to live in a clean environment. After all, the right to live in a clean, safe, friendly environment, is a human right. What environment we are living in, what air we are breathing, how safe is the water we use – all this determines the quality of our lives. We have the right to be informed about what we eat, which products we use. We have the right to be informed about whether the available products are healthy and safe for us and our loved ones. We have the right to make informed choices!
In a store, restaurant, hotel, our rights – the right to information, to choose services and products – must be heard and respected. We have the right to this, because we want to live a healthy and safe life, because we want to protect our loved ones.
The law must follow our needs, social changes, must effectively protect us. We believe that business may be and often is socially responsible, that there are entrepreneurs who care for human rights, protect the natural environment, those who are not indifferent to the fate of animals.
The obligation of the state is to support business that operates responsibly and hold those who harm our health and the natural environment accountable. Can we expect this from the state?
